  My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\" Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer. After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks for your WIC PROGRAM!

  la clé a fonctionné 1 mois après 150 copies je ne sait de nouveau plus utiliser l'imprimante. J'essaye de contacter wic reset utility en vain... je ne recommande donc pas du tout l'application

  John, On your word and based on testimonials I purchased they reset key. Worked perfect up until this point and even ran it through multiple head cleanings. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks.
