  I need help! Canon MP830 printer alarm light keep flashing. I keep turning my printer on and off. Error keep telling me look at the manual. I miss place my manual - just reset waste ink counter!

  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   Thrilled to bits - I thought my trusty printer was destined for the scrap heap ( although nothing wrong except it would no longer operate due to "ink pad full") and I would have to buy new, until I alighted on your product . Also if the ink pad actually causes problem tyou advise where I can buy a replacement kit and do it myself. You perform a great service to printer users. Well done!

  Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

  BRILLIANT!!!!!!! You deserve every dollar you make from your extraordinary program and service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! I al thrilled and jumpinga round because you saved me about $300>$400 from not having to buy a new printer.
