  Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful.   I bougth this latest version of service tools, v5105, I try it at canon mx 495, not working, the printer was in service mode, can you give some tips, maybe not recognized the usb, windows 7 my os, I need some help. Thanks.

  I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.
