  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   my canon pixma ts9540 has not pick picking paper properly again since i reset the ink counter. pls help. this is the second printer of the same model it happened to exactly like that. it is this second printer that made me realise it is immediately after the ink counter reset that my printer stop picking paper itself. it just continue jamming. unless i feed it manually deep in the process of picking the papers. kindly help pls. sobddinn@gmail.com is my mail. thanks

Printers Waste ink counters doesn't have any relation to paper feed process. Please clean all paper feed rollers

  I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris
