  I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products!   WIC reset key works! I only bought one reset key... i had my doubts (scam)...I really need to get my L805 to work! So i crossed my fingers and paid thru paypal...!!!!

  Very impressed! After a fruitless search for official Epson support for the Waste Ink error I found a YouTube video showing how to remove and clean the ink pads but still needed to reset the counter. After some initial "Is this unofficial 3rd Party Solution a scam?" trepidation I took a chance on the WIC reset tool and now, about half an hour (mainly spent drinking tea and waiting for the key to be emailed) and 6 quid later I have a fully functioning XP-342. In the meantime, Epson UK responded to a message I sent them on Twitter, telling me that I could send the printer away to their service centre for an unspecified period of time and pay them £48 to have the ink pads changed and the counter reset. All with a caveat that having "tampered" with the ink pads myself, the service centre might refuse to fix the printer. Thanks for a great piece of kit which has saved me a lot of time, effort and money.

  Excellent , i was a bit dubious about buying a key in case it didn't work or that it could be a con , but im very very happy i did get this utility & purchased a key . I used this utility to reset my Epson SX-110 which was giving me the message " ink pads had reached the end of their life " & needed service i ain't paying £49.99 just to have a sponge replaced , so a big THANK YOU for the tool & I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE PRINTERS ALL ABOUT YOU .
