  I bought a key Only for this when I run a reset for is to give me a QUERY IS REJECTED then it goes on to say system has broken pieces and for me to buy another key and try again. And this is not on the list of error codes! I can't afford to keep buying keys! What a RIP OFF! Robin Beyer

  I bougth this latest version of service tools, v5105, I try it at canon mx 495, not working, the printer was in service mode, can you give some tips, maybe not recognized the usb, windows 7 my os, I need some help. Thanks.

  NOT SO SIMPLE IF YOU ARE A MAC USER. I WASTED 3+ hours trying to download and activate on my MacPro. NO SUCCESS. Took me 20 minutes to install on my spouses' WINDOWS PC. OK....printer is functional again but it has NOT been a pleasant experience.

  I paid for the activation key and still waiting. No replys from any of the emails that I have sent. Went to the discussion board to seek answers and lots of people are commenting they are having the same problem...not receiving the key they have paid for. Starting to think this is a scam and 2Manuals that took my money is no help....I think they are in on it to.
