My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Went to town and bought a cable. Printer status is now restored. Thank you. I\'m not the most computer tech person which added to the confusion. I do suspect there maybe a few others like myself that you could lessen some confussion by including a note that says \"if your printer is connected by wifi it will be necessary to use a USB cable during the hack\". Thank you again for the program. It made me both mad and sick to think that after so little use of this printer that I was going to have to throw it out. Gratefully yours, Dinesh Kumar

Printer EP-806AW I bought a clear key because there is a limit on waste ink. It was very helpful because I was able to solve it safely.　Thank you very much.　（JAPAN　2020/11/07）

I was sceptical but couldn't find any other method of reseting my Epson P50. Worked perfectly and cost me £7.29 GBP. Much cheaper than a new printer. Many thanks.

I RETRACT MY EARLIER REVIEW WHEN I WAS A BIT CONVUSED WHEN I DOWNLOADED PICTURES OF MY DOWNLOAD.MY VIRGIN MEDIA EMAIL WAS DOWN ITS BACK NOW AND I SAW A LINK TO WHAT I ACTUALLY DOWNLOADED I,E A PROGRAM.so everythings great

Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key. Having just purchased a key, I successfully reset the waste counters to zero. I also bought the new wastepads from OctoInk.co.uk. Great software which saved me a lot of money, thank you.
