  Hello, I've been ripped off like thousands and millions of others, no doubt? I bought a key for Epson XP-2100 without a chip, but it's not clear what to do. I didn't receive any instructions, and the ones on your website contradict each other! I tried to update the firmware, waited a long time, and finally realised that the firmware wasn't updated! What use is the key I bought? And why am I being asked to reset the counter to zero when I want a printer without a chip? What is the wicreset.exe software for?   At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!
