  Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?.   Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us.   My XP-4100 printer has recognized the old (but new) empty cartridge, I can also refill it with a syringe. This is a good economic solution.
