Oh my golly, I didn't think that would work, but it fixed it in about 30 seconds. Even though I hadn't been able to disable the process monitor thing that it says do first, the reset program still worked instantly when I ran it on an Epson XP-540. If there is one thing that gets my goat in terms of being so unethical both a rip-off financially and environmentally unsustainable, its the way printer companies rip us off. So am super grateful to have found a way round this. For a much more reasonable price than the printer shop told us, and something I could do at home when I needed the printer urgently for work! Thanks so much!

All I can say is THANK YOU!! Thank you for allowing me to roll back (downgrade) my Epson XP-410 printer\'s firmware with ease!! A couple of clicks, and I was downgraded. This allowed me to use non-oem cartridges that would not work no matter what I tried with current firmware (Epson updated firmware just to battle the use of non-oem cartridges). The money spent will be saved with the very first refill of these refillable cartridges I bought. I was skeptical, but it really was THAT easy! Winning the battle against Epson!! First time I\'ve ever paid for a \"hack\", well worth it!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it. Excellent service and excellent utility. I would well recommend as it saves an expensive trip to the epson service centre. Well done. Howard Lyttle, UK

Erittäin hieno asia kun saa tälläisiä nollaus avaimia edullisesti. Paikallinen huolto ilmoitti että tulostin on romua kun mustetyyny tulee täyteen ja tulostin lopettaa toimintansa. Tutkin hieman internetin tietoja ja löysin tämän sivusaton sekä youtube videon. Homma hoitui ja tulostin tulostaa taas. Kiitos paljon!
