  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   I figured it out. I ended up purchasing the LJ 1100 manual. I just used a different email address and it worked fine. Btw, the service manual helped me out tremendously! It paid for itself easily. I will definitely be using your service manuals again in the future. Thanks,
