I have a new Epson XP-102 and stopped printing with the error! Fantastic and very easy! WIC reset Utility does exactly as it says!!! Buy the key, and after few minutes the counter was reset! The best $9.99 I have ever spent This program saved me a lot of time and money! Thank you!

My Artisan 837 just tried to hose me with the waste ink pad error. The printer was working just fine then bam. I bit the bullet and bought this utility and it worked GREAT. Reset the ink pad error and all is well. Best $10 I've spent in a LONG time. Epson deliberately tried to end the printer life for NO REASON... cept to sell more printers. Do NOT let them get away with it. I'm sure eventually this thing will start printing poorly and THEN I'll buy another one....but until then Epson can....... etc..etc.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! The WIC Utility worked like a charm for our Epson XP-830! Nice to not have to replace the entire printer. It's running again with no problem. Thanks so much for offering this service. WELL WORTH THE $10! Nice to find lil treasures like this that works in favor of the consumer!

I purchased four activation keys total, but I had an issue using one. John at tech support got it straightened out and I was able to complete the install on the printer. Now I can set up the CISS unit for Sublimation printing. I'm very happy, and can testify that this product works to unlock the firmware of your printer. (Epson WF-3720)
