Reset key itself WORKS, hurrah! 5 stars. BUT . . . it was a struggle to get the download. Our MacBook which is a few years old does not allow the download to be installed because Apple blocks "unrecognized developers." That should be taken care of or a warning should be placed on all promotional materials related to WIC RESET KEY. I was able to get the download onto my old Apple desktop which has not had operating system updates. That's how I finally purchased the reset key. Please tell me why the whole business of the reset key, after replacing the ink pads, is not an example of contrived malicious obsolescence? I was tied up for hours, cursing the Epson company, and a breath away from buying a new printer, adding plastic waste into our environment. I liken my experience to changing a car's oil filter and then needing a code to start the car again.

Thanks for the program and manual. I was able to revive a 2 year old 4900. I had 100% blockage in 8 of the 11 heads, and over 50% blockage in the last three.... I ran the ink charge with cleaning fluid. Now I have 100% of the nozzle check pattern on ALL of the heads. I was blown away. I thought for sure I was going to pay for a new head. So, thank you. I also have a an older Epson Stylus Pro 4000. It has been sitting a while and the heads are dried up. Do you have the same program and manual for this printer? I would like to try to revive it as well. If you do could you just send me a link? Thanks again

I found the problem, why the reset diidnt work. it was in depending of the epson status monitor. I was going to the task manager and stopped the status monitor. The problem was \\\"The printer statut manager\\\" After stopping status monitor, the reset was work probably. Thanks

se avete problemi con l'esaurimento dei tamponi e la vostra stampante vi dice che � arrivata al termine ,non disperatevi con questo programmino potete azzerare i contatori che registrano le vostre pulizie e quando siete arrivati al 100% la stampante non va pi� quindi scaricate il Wic Reset ,istallatelo e comprate la chiave che viene 9,9 dollari inseritela nel programmino e la vostra stampante ritorna come nuova.

I didn't go to the AS center and immediately solved it at home, and I'm using tissue to absorb lung ink! It wasn't a waste of money at all! Thanks a lot!
