I was a bit too quick to get going and installed the key into the wrong printer; hence I had to purchase another key! Anyway, the second one worked a treat and I thank you for your efforts, even if it did cost me $19.98! Raymondo

Really terrific service and rescue manual and a very helpful and approachable team of people. The very small expenditure indeed saved me the price of a new printer.

Always concerned that these things don't work but this time - really happy to say the long distance (USA-UK) fix worked perfectly. Thanks and kind regards

Much easier then I had expected. Downloaded the program, purchased the key, switch off and on the printer and that was it! The printer works again.
