Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! The wicreset program is really easy to use. I had an "E-11" error: An ink pad needs service. I reset my XP-530 and now it works fine. Thanks!

Having changed the ink pads in my Epson XP-342 I didn't expect to get an error message telling me I had to have a service by Epson! Found this site highly recommended for resetting this message so went on and downloaded the WIC Reset Key and sure enough my printer reloaded and I was able to use my printer again as I desperately needed to print some paperwork out. Thank you 2manuals.com. Excellent service.

Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business. Thanks.
