It took me a while to actually understand how to locate the Epson Status Monitor 3. It was a simple disable after that and a simple running of the program after that. I am up and running again!!! Thanks.

i reset with the key that i got and nothing worked. it still shows that the carts are not genuine. what a waste of time. it sat here for 12 hours on the "do not turn off printer" epson wf-7210.... give me back the $30 i spent or give me more keys to try again. order #18740047

Wow! Epson wanted standard charge of £118.80 to replace my ink pads. So I bought a set for about a fiver (on eBay). But then Epson would not provide a reset code - they still wanted £118. 80. Then I came across this service and hey presto they provided a code for under a tenner. They deserve all the business they can get. Well done. From Ken Fuller

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Great product. did the trick which always helps. I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. But the product is pretty much idiot proof.

Great things! I had some problems with my Epson 2100. The printer stopped to work. However, when I read the manual it was possible for me to disable the indicator of the problem and now the printer works well again. The service program is also a great think! Thanks.
