I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. John, On your word and based on testimonials I purchased they reset key. Worked perfect up until this point and even ran it through multiple head cleanings. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks.

I finally succeeded after a few attempts and the firmware downgrade worked !! Now I can use my non-OEM ink cartridges on my Epson printer Thank you for this excellent piece of software, well worth it Best regards
