i reset with the key that i got and nothing worked. it still shows that the carts are not genuine. what a waste of time. it sat here for 12 hours on the "do not turn off printer" epson wf-7210.... give me back the $30 i spent or give me more keys to try again. order #18740047

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. and then made the purchase of the KEY. It worked perfectly. Do I need to get new pads? Install a waste bottle? or do nothing for 4 more years?

Hi john: I wouldlike to let you know that i bought another reset key from yoy site and it worked with onother workforce 840 I owned. i think the problem with the other printer workforce 840 was that I used the reset key epson has in their website some times and probably it bloked the printer. Just for you to know and to let you know this time worked with another 840 I own Thank you for your understanding and for refunding the money when did not work. It says a lot of you business reputation
