I bought a demonstration Epson Artisan 800 from Office Depot. The waste ink pads were "used up" after just a little use. Your reset software and the manuals for this series of printers. really saved the day. You provide a valuable service to Epson users. Thanks

When my printer quit working, I ordered a new printer. Then I decided to check youtube to see if anything could be done other than taking it in. That's when I found WIC. This process was so easy, I cancelled my order for a new printer and fixed this on in less than an hour. I ordered new pads and entered the code to reset. Code cost me less than 10 dollars, and 2 sets of pads for 15 dollars. Better than iver 300 for a new printer.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! I just bought a reset key, everything works perfectly on a Epson XP 520. Just one thing, one key for several reset will be better.
