I was leery about paying the $9.99 for a key. After speaking to Epson "Specialist" and being told "Your machine must have issues beyond repair, but we can sell you a new one for $190" I decided to go ahead and try this software. A++ I would recommend this to anyone wishing self repair an epson printer. I have a RX595 , I use a CCS and when I received the waste pad error I was heartbroken. I love this printer. I tried bypassing waste pad but still got the error. This software is well worth the $$ Thank you

I spent 4 hours trying to get my r340 to work then l I used your program to reset the protection counter. I have just printed 5 pages and 4 disks. Slightly cryptic instructions but it worked perfectly. it took me all of 5 minutes.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Wow, this software really works! I was very reluctant to purchase the reset key, but after taking a few minutes to read all of the instructions and figuring out how to prepare the printer and computer...it was a breeze. Thank you for saving my printer!
