I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! I did not use the printer Epson Pro 4900 for a long time and even after 5 or 6 powerful manual cleanings for all inks the paper was staying completely white !! I did the Ink Charge and cleaning process described in the soft and after that the machine is working 100% fine In France there is no way to get this software except if you work for Epson !!!

Changed the waste ink pads with the new ones and used WicReset for reseting waste counter on Epson L382. Received the key without any delay, right after placing the order and paying for it. Worked perfectly. Counter became 0,00%. Great utility!

Ce logiciel a le mérite de fonctionner en WiFi. On n'a donc pas besoin du câble USB. Pour 8.54 € (9.99 $) j'ai facilement réinitialiser les compteurs de mon Epson XP-610 qui était bloquée. This software has the advantage of working over Wi-Fi, so you don't need a USB cable. For €8.54 ($9.99), I easily reset the counters on my Epson XP-610, which had frozen.

I purchased four activation keys total, but I had an issue using one. John at tech support got it straightened out and I was able to complete the install on the printer. Now I can set up the CISS unit for Sublimation printing. I'm very happy, and can testify that this product works to unlock the firmware of your printer. (Epson WF-3720)
