I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . Worked perfectly! Easy to use. Worth every penny. Saved me tons of time and money not having to bring my printer to a service center (3 hours away), and God only knows what they would have charged me. Fixed my printer in a couple minutes for about $10. Highly recommend!

It works. Just purchased a one time counter reset license for my Epson L380. Immediately after payment with credit card (electronic version for web shopping) , I got the key number and used to reset the printer. Worked like a charm

Great tool, disabled the ink cartridges and now the printer shows full ink even with no cartridges installed. Thank you!!! My printer is FREE!

Key is for one use only and can not be reset.
You need new key.
