  Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful.   Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! GOOD is not enough of a rating for your Firm - GREAT is much better *****10/10***** Much appreciate your service :), Ivor.
