Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. I replaced the ink pad unit and still nothing i you tube it and wic reset it in five minutes not a scam it was amazing thank you
