Hi. I tried to reset printer Epson EP-901f (japanese model). I tryed everything possible I could - SCC utility, soft reset,.... so far no luck. Then i bought this and it reset my printer just in second. Thanks for good job. My printer is back to life again. I paid for this printer about $550US. Now I can use it again just for spending extra almost 10 dollars. It\'s worth it. Thanks for your great job. Well done!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again.
