I have an epson artisan 800. I tried using the epson waste ink counter reset tool, but it was worthless. I used the 2manual reset utility and it worked perfect, resetting the counters to zero. It was so easy to complete.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! Hello! We tried in our company and it worked great the resetter for 1430w. We are interested in acquiring more resetters but we want to know if we pass the link email expired or have some time on line to be used without the expiry of the same. Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much
