la clé a fonctionné 1 mois après 150 copies je ne sait de nouveau plus utiliser l'imprimante. J'essaye de contacter wic reset utility en vain... je ne recommande donc pas du tout l'application

I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference. It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer. All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible. If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available. Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included.

Well...that was scary...I did a check on you and you are trusted so I over road the security settings of my apple mac. And now ...for FREE...my ink pad issues are over for the time being. THANKYOU.
