Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software. I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes! I tried using the free utility Epson provided, the counter reset to 40%, then after a print I got the error again. I gave WIC a chance out of desperation and it work! Saved me from throwing out a perfectly good printer and buying a new one. I use CISS and do a lot of prints and head cleaning. I cleaned ink pads myself but will set up a waste bottle when I get the chance.

I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris

Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!

When my printer quit working, I ordered a new printer. Then I decided to check youtube to see if anything could be done other than taking it in. That's when I found WIC. This process was so easy, I cancelled my order for a new printer and fixed this on in less than an hour. I ordered new pads and entered the code to reset. Code cost me less than 10 dollars, and 2 sets of pads for 15 dollars. Better than iver 300 for a new printer.
