Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. Whenever I try to do the ink charge, ink out appears here, so far it hasn't worked for me, could support staff be able to help?

REPLY: To use Ink Charge - ink levels must be more then 50%
