Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software. I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes! Wow, I cannot believe that this actually worked. I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website. (used on Epson Artisan 800).

An excellent service that works. Don't be fooled by the printer manufacturers that you are trapped into buying their over priced cartridges because you thought you were doing the right thing by upgrading the firmware. The only reason for their upgrade was to stop you from using your own cheaper 3rd party ink cartridges. If you accidentally did do the upgrade as they recommended don't worry as you can undo that costly mistake with the help of "wicreset". It really works. Also did you know that 3rd party cartridges actually contain around 25% more ink than oem cartridges?

This is like Magic!! I decided to leave a positive review because it saved me so much time and heartache. I needed to finish a lastminute order and of course that's when my printer decided that my ink pad was full. I was panicking cuz I only had a couple hours to complete the order. I took a deep breath read and followed all the instructions from here and within five minutes my printer was printing again!! Thank you!! Will definitely come back when/if it happens again!
