I received my reset key for the printer and after entering it, printer was successfully reset. Thanks, Worked great.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Great tool, disabled the ink cartridges and now the printer shows full ink even with no cartridges installed. Thank you!!! My printer is FREE!

I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it.
