This is my second purchase today, for the same utility. Purchased under \"ian@cinnamoncafe.com\", had no end of problems. Once I paid the system did not let me in. Tried to change the password and it sent me 3 updates to the correct address, then informed me that the e-mail and password where both incorrect. Still have no joy. Decided to register again at ian@jonesi.demon.co.uk, and everything worked smoothly!

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business. Thanks.
