I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Still using an old Epson ET-2550, got a warning that there was a problem with one of the ink pads then within a few days got an error code E-11 which stopped the printer working completely (ink waste collector full and needed a counter reset). Searched for issue and Bootstrappin' on Youtube talked through a fix using WIC Utility. The hardest part of the whole process for me was getting the ink waste collector off the printer and washing out the pads. The WIC Utility was really easy to install and use and has fixed the problem straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
