I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! John I want to Thank You for all your help. I own and run a T-Shirt printing company, nothing big but it helps and I use the printer to print out the film that I need to silk screen them, again Thank You.

I have modified the firmware of an Epson wf3620 with the firmware key to make the printer run with chipless ink cartridges. The instructions were clear but must be followed exactly in order for the process to be successful. I am very happy with the result as I have the freedom to use oem ink or not depending on my needs. No oem cartridges now work perfectly well. Well done wic utility people. regds, Peter.
