Thank you! I paid less for my Epson R320 1 year ago than Epson want for servicing it. I had printed a head a nozzle check 2 days ago when I put in a new cartrige all printouts were perfect but today my Printer told me it needed service and refused to work. Your fix showed me two things the Ink wells did not need flushing as stated by the Epson Tech and that my printer had been set to only run half the usual plates so that was why the service notice cam up so soon after I purchased it.

XP322 ran out of copies and froze up. I read up that it was an Epson device to sell more printers but discovered your site just before treating it to a display of bad temper. The 20% of extra time will make the replacement question easier and i can use my stock of ink up on this 4 year old printer. I may even use your services to zero life the counter as it isn't a bad device really. Thank you so much.

All I can say is THANK YOU!! Thank you for allowing me to roll back (downgrade) my Epson XP-410 printer\'s firmware with ease!! A couple of clicks, and I was downgraded. This allowed me to use non-oem cartridges that would not work no matter what I tried with current firmware (Epson updated firmware just to battle the use of non-oem cartridges). The money spent will be saved with the very first refill of these refillable cartridges I bought. I was skeptical, but it really was THAT easy! Winning the battle against Epson!! First time I\'ve ever paid for a \"hack\", well worth it!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. after only cleaning the printer (Canon G3400) three times in a short period, the waste counter was on 100% (almost new printer). tried the free tools which you can download to reset the counter, they all didn't work. Finally decided to buy the key here and didn't believe it would work. But it did, i can use my printer again and I am happy.
