  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason??   I was at 94 percent and got a warning from my printer that my ink pads were close to the end of their service life. After doing some research with Epson and some other stores I got the impression they just wanted you to trade it in on a new printer. This website was linked by a few different blogs and turned out to be the best alternative to keeping a fairly decent printer for a while longer. Thank you.
