I own an Epson Artisan 700- Prior to buying it I never heard of the issue with the waste ink counter and epson's built in error codes that render the printer useless after reaching a certain print count. I like a lot of you searched for fixes online. I happened upon (2manuals.com) by way of youtube. I was very reluctant about using this but I also didn't have many other alternatives short of giving in to Epson and their repair method and cost or the purchase of another printer. I am very pleased that I went this route because my printer is up and going (printing) like it should be. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks, Tim P.

Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. Thank You, I recommended Very pleased, I bought online in the December 22, 2016 - code (Key) - lasted 5-10 minutes (registration and payment on site), I installed their software in which we introduced code received via e-mail - from her and within seconds everything works like new. BRILLIANT!!!!!!! You deserve every dollar you make from your extraordinary program and service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! I al thrilled and jumpinga round because you saved me about $300>$400 from not having to buy a new printer.

Dear Team. I am using Epson Xp520 Printer. Printer had an Error E-11 "An Inkpad needs service". Purchased Wicrest Key and Inkpad from Printerpotty. At First i was not able to do the Reset. Software was not working when i click Test connection or Read waste counter. .Installed all Printer drivers of Win 11. Version i installed WIC reset Utility V.5.90 (Nov.20.2023) .I have disabled some of monitors which was recommended by wicrest tool .it did not worked. same problem when i click on read counter progam is not working. .i removed USB cable from my laptop and again connected. The reading counter shows the counter reading and i have reseted the Waste counter. Thank you so much...!
