Great, was very dubious, but bought the key and it rest the counter. Great thank you. Hope it lasts though!

after only cleaning the printer (Canon G3400) three times in a short period, the waste counter was on 100% (almost new printer). tried the free tools which you can download to reset the counter, they all didn't work. Finally decided to buy the key here and didn't believe it would work. But it did, i can use my printer again and I am happy.

I replaced the ink pad unit and still nothing i you tube it and wic reset it in five minutes not a scam it was amazing thank you

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. Buy the key, and after few minuts the counter was reset. SUPER, the online live support is useful with very kind person.
