  The wicreset program is really easy to use. I had an "E-11" error: An ink pad needs service. I reset my XP-530 and now it works fine. Thanks!

  Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key.   I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.
