Worked hassle free with my Epson XP-55 . I am very thankful that you provide the SW tool also for Linux as I have gone Microsoft-free at home. It's cool that you provide a trial license to check out, whether the counter reset works in your setup (I admit I was sceptical). It worked for me and I immediatly ordered the full license. The good thing is: as it is pure SW, it works also on weekends, when you need to print urgently and that stupid printer decided to not let you print any more!

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Thanks for the program and manual. I was able to revive a 2 year old 4900. I had 100% blockage in 8 of the 11 heads, and over 50% blockage in the last three.... I ran the ink charge with cleaning fluid. Now I have 100% of the nozzle check pattern on ALL of the heads. I was blown away. I thought for sure I was going to pay for a new head. So, thank you. I also have a an older Epson Stylus Pro 4000. It has been sitting a while and the heads are dried up. Do you have the same program and manual for this printer? I would like to try to revive it as well. If you do could you just send me a link? Thanks again
