It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. My printer Epson has encountered problem with ink pad waste and use wic tools and it works with the simplest step by step instructions. thank you.Trusted and recommended

Awesome. I made a mistake ordering 2 codes (I needed just 1). They called me (I'm in Italy) to ask if it was an erroneous "double click"...and they deleted the second order. I still can't believe it. That's PURE QUALITY. (Of course the whole thing works and the printer is doing his work). THANX!

Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!
