I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . The only way to really adjust you printer is by using this program. The owner the printer could not adjust the print using the regular adjustmest utility incleuded in the printer drivers. But this program did the trick. The printer is perfectly adjusted and the owner is very happy with the printer now.

i reset with the key that i got and nothing worked. it still shows that the carts are not genuine. what a waste of time. it sat here for 12 hours on the "do not turn off printer" epson wf-7210.... give me back the $30 i spent or give me more keys to try again. order #18740047
