I was skeptical, like I'm sure we all are when buying something new online, but I simply turned off my Epson Monitor, under maintenance tab, bought the key, turned off my printer, then turned it back and and IT WORKED! Well worth $10.00, just so I don't have to buy another printer.

I just bought the Epson Artisan 800 ink pad resetting software and it did the trick and totally reset the ink pad counter just like advertised. However, I must give anyone who uses the software a piece of advice. The product will not work wirelessly. You MUST connect your printer via the printer's USB connection. The printed material that comes with the download does not mention this. I had to play around with the printer before I realized there had to be a USB connection. Once I figured this out it was a snap to get the printer to reset and the error I was getting has now stopped appearing! I could not be happier with my purchase and I must admit I was a skeptic when I first bought the download. You guys are terrific and I will never fail to but again from 2Manuals.com. Peter

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris
