Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

HELLO!!! Today I bought a key for updating the firmware of my SC P-600 printer. After activ ating the key, WIC started updating the firmware and the message "ROM is not writeable" popped up on the printer screen. Now when I power on printer - I get "Recovery mode". What can I do now?!

i reset with the key that i got and nothing worked. it still shows that the carts are not genuine. what a waste of time. it sat here for 12 hours on the "do not turn off printer" epson wf-7210.... give me back the $30 i spent or give me more keys to try again. order #18740047

According to your Order number - You have purchased RESET Key ($9.99) which is required for Wate Ink Counters reset. If You want to downgrade firmware - You have to buy FIRMWARE Key ($19.99)

Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. Excellent! I had an old 51 sitting around but no way to find out what was wrong. the error codes(blinks) are worth the 7bills I paid.
