Oh my golly, I didn't think that would work, but it fixed it in about 30 seconds. Even though I hadn't been able to disable the process monitor thing that it says do first, the reset program still worked instantly when I ran it on an Epson XP-540. If there is one thing that gets my goat in terms of being so unethical both a rip-off financially and environmentally unsustainable, its the way printer companies rip us off. So am super grateful to have found a way round this. For a much more reasonable price than the printer shop told us, and something I could do at home when I needed the printer urgently for work! Thanks so much!

I have just downloaded the adjustment program for epson tx800fw it took 2 minutes to reset the printer and it is back up and running. You guys are the best Thank you.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! thank you for your information,that very help me. Can i buy about five key reset? and if i save all key reset for along time, for some day i use if i need, are the all key can use and thats working? i'm sory if my english is not good!!
