  Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine.   Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!

  Thank you. for the program. It worked on TX106 printer. Reset waste ink counter in few minutes. Not go to epson customer service. Good.
