Great product. did the trick which always helps. I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. But the product is pretty much idiot proof.

Hi John, I just want to thank you so much for the reset key and software.  I paid you $9.99 to get those lights to stop flashing and it the software worked in a matter of minutes!  I really appreciate your service, without it I would have to buy a new printer (which I don't want to do right now!). Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer. A wise investment into this program. Thank you.

I am so sorry for the bad review 8 gave. I jumped on too soon. I totally retract all of my statements. The key worked perfect. It was totally worth it. I will use this service again when needed. Again I am really, really sorry.
