I have an Epson PX710w it is a brilliant printer, happy was I...but then.... the now infamous \"end of life\" message appeared. After hours of research I found that Epson had a free download to reset and service printer, I downloaded only to find it did not work. On contacting epsonuk I was told that there is no reset utility or program for uk Epson printers and that I must take it to my local Epson service centre.... this would cost £80 plus vat and parts! more than a new printer. After advice from forums and many ebay offers of a \"genuine\" reset utility/key, I found 2manuals.com. through them I \"chatted\" with John who assured me it would work, despite Epson uk advice, and so proceeded to purchase. from start to finish it took less than ten minutes and I now have a fully working printer for a Meer $10 (about £8) I cannot recommend this company any higher ..... thank you very much 2manuals and John and one up on big greedy corporation\'s. First thoughts were $9.99 is a bit much but you've got to see this in context. My printer is perfectly ok. EPSON are trying to rip me off to buy a new one. These guys have the skills to let me get one over on those rip-offs at EPSON. Well done guys.

I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. Since I am running Windows 8.1 I was afraid that it might not work too well. I was WRONG!! Happily it works GREAT on Windows 8.1! I\'m a happy camper!! Just thought I should let you know!! Best regards, sundar

I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.

My Epson R2880 stopped printing and showed alternating ink and paper flashing lights. I had an extended warranty that I purchased with the printer but because I didn\'t register the warranty within 30 days I was told by Mack Camera that they would not honor the warranty. So after much research and web surfing I found myself at 2manuals. I wasn\'t even sure that the wic was the problem and I had serious doubts about spending more money on what could just be another scam like the extended warranty was. However like one reviewer said, what was $9.99. Well I downloaded the program, obtained the $9.99 pin code, loaded the software, and exactly as the video shows I was up and running. I couldn\'t believe it when the printer sprung to life and was ready to print. Hey, try it. You\'ll be glad you did.
