Merci | | | Len Foster | 2011-11-27 16:38:24 | | Brilliant stuff! Have tried everything over the last few days to reset my R265, and finally found your site! Brought a key, bit of a problem with my email account, tried another one, got the key, reset the R265 AFTER washing out the inkpads, now everything is working as it should. Many thanks. | | | daniel salazar | 2007-06-13 10:40:20 | | | adeka maops | 2008-10-29 06:25:33 | | help me to epson r250 adjustment program. please!!!!!! | | | Jeff Carbone | 2019-05-01 09:36:34 | I love printing hard copies of material to review. I bought an Epson EcoTank 2650 for the single purpose of never having to worry about how much I have to print.
When I found out about the ink pad and how it basically “fills up” and prevents you from printing, I was pretty pissed off.
I called a service center in my state in the US and they wanted $110 to replace the ink pad and reset it. I searched hard for a solution and when I found this I was really sure this was a scam.
I tried it from one of your affiliates (octoinkjets) and did the trial to reset it to 90% and it worked.
Thank god you guys have this tool. I bought a key for $10 and was done with it. Watched a video on how to clean the ink pads and it was super easy. Now I have a new printer basically.
I can’t believe Epson gets away with this crap. You guys rock!
It really took a leap of faith to try this. | | | Biswajit Halder | 2018-07-24 04:07:33 | | Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Thank you | | | mauro albanese | 2020-10-22 13:26:46 | | Just over a week ago, I figured I was going to be in the market for a new printer. When the error message came up on my Epson XP-610 stating that "Parts inside the printer are at the end of their useful life" I initially was quite disappointed. However, after a quick Google search for that phrase, I came across the OctoInkjet website. After a little further research, I decided to give the trial waste ink counter reset code a shot - after all, what did I have to lose - and, somewhat to my surprise, it worked! Knowing that I then needed to purchase a new set of ink pads and a reset key to fully resolve my printer issues, I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of purchasing both of these items together. I then placed my order, but knowing that the product was coming from overseas (I'm in the USA), I figured it would be a minimum of at least a few weeks before my printer pads arrived. But, lo and behold, the pads arrived on my doorstep in just over a week! I was thrilled and so I quickly replaced the pads in my printer with the new set (which, by the way, were a perfect fit and the instructions provided were excellent), ran the counter reset program applying the reset code I had purchased, and everything worked flawlessly! So now it feels like I have a brand new printer (although it's probably about 5 years old) and I can continue to purchase inexpensive third party ink cartridges (which I have always done), continuing to save me money for years to come. Thank you OctoInkjet!!! I will certainly be telling others to check out your product. P.S. - I seldom write product reviews so this shows how impressed I am with this product. I particularly love it when a solution is provided that overcomes "planned obsolescence" by the manufacturer. | | | sainanda min | 2007-08-07 00:58:34 | | My printer stopped printing with the error as \"General Error\"
Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer.
After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself.
Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter. Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working. The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues. Thanks! | |
