This Epson R320, PMD770 Service Manual describes basic functions, theory of electrical and mechanical operations, maintenance and repair procedures of the printer.

This manual consists of 4 chapters and Appendix.

CHAPTER 1. TROUBLESHOOTING
Describes the step-by-step procedures for the troubleshooting.

CHAPTER 2. DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY
Describes the step-by-step procedures for disassembling and assembling the product.

CHAPTER 3. ADJUSTMENT
Provides Epson-approved methods for adjustment.

I have an Epson PX710w it is a brilliant printer, happy was I...but then.... the now infamous \"end of life\" message appeared. After hours of research I found that Epson had a free download to reset and service printer, I downloaded only to find it did not work. On contacting epsonuk I was told that there is no reset utility or program for uk Epson printers and that I must take it to my local Epson service centre.... this would cost £80 plus vat and parts! more than a new printer. After advice from forums and many ebay offers of a \"genuine\" reset utility/key, I found 2manuals.com. through them I \"chatted\" with John who assured me it would work, despite Epson uk advice, and so proceeded to purchase. from start to finish it took less than ten minutes and I now have a fully working printer for a Meer $10 (about £8) I cannot recommend this company any higher ..... thank you very much 2manuals and John and one up on big greedy corporation\'s. The reset utility works great for my Artisan 700. Thank you SO SO SO much for making this available for Mac. You can\'t imagine how much hassle you\'ve saved me - trying to get a Windows machine to run a reset utility on... Excellent service altogether. Many thanks from Ireland!

I am amazed! The reset worked on our Epson XP-610 wireless printer without a USB cable connecting the computer and the printer right beside it and below the modem. We are grateful. Now I need to send back the USB cable I ordered; it arrived while we were printing Bible study materials being sent from my wife's Surface Pro in the dining room. The Epson is performing like new! Thank you!

I always bought the key and it arrived correctly, but unfortunately in my last 3 purchases, the key did not arrive. I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key. very bad and slow customer support, it took almost 2 days for useless response.
