This Epson R320, PMD770 Service Manual describes basic functions, theory of electrical and mechanical operations, maintenance and repair procedures of the printer.

Describes the step-by-step procedures for the troubleshooting.

I tried using the free utility Epson provided, the counter reset to 40%, then after a print I got the error again. I gave WIC a chance out of desperation and it work! Saved me from throwing out a perfectly good printer and buying a new one. I use CISS and do a lot of prints and head cleaning. I cleaned ink pads myself but will set up a waste bottle when I get the chance.

Thank You. I had just bought a new printer and Epson asked to update the firmware...unfortunately in the middle of the update my power shut off. I thought for sure I had deep sixed my brand new device. Even on the Epson website I could not find a manual firmware recover for my printer and OS version...others printers yes, but not this one. I found you website and thought I'd give it a try. Horray, My printer is back working again. While I am not happy to have to pay someone else for something that Epson should have given for free, your price was with-in reason and your software was easy to use.

i bought my reset key today from this company,they made it very easy to do and very simple and quick to reset my Epson printer.I personally think they are great!!!!!

I received my reset key for the printer and after entering it, printer was successfully reset. Thanks, Worked great.
