  Usual 'Service parts inside printer' etc. message on my Epson RX640. None of the freeware solutions worked, so I was a bit dubious about this. I have to say it worked a treat!! No problems at all. It reset the waste ink counter, I cleaned the waste ink pads and so for £6.32 I've got a new printer. :-) Recommended.

  I have three Epson R290 Printers and this is the second one i have had to reset. Your system is the best by far and for $9.99 you can't say no. Yes i was able to purchase the waste pads from a place for only $5.00 so now I should be able to keep on printing. Thanks again guys well done.

  Much easier then I had expected. Downloaded the program, purchased the key, switch off and on the printer and that was it! The printer works again.

  Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us.   The wicreset program is really easy to use. I had an "E-11" error: An ink pad needs service. I reset my XP-530 and now it works fine. Thanks!
