Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! Success! I installed a OctInkjet waste inkpad overflow and tried their reset to no avail - they furnished your link. Your reset fixed my RX690 Epson printer within minutes . Ink started to flow into the overflow immediately (just as well it was installed). I did apattern check-all six colours perfect. Thank you Brian

Wow! Epson wanted standard charge of £118.80 to replace my ink pads. So I bought a set for about a fiver (on eBay). But then Epson would not provide a reset code - they still wanted £118. 80. Then I came across this service and hey presto they provided a code for under a tenner. They deserve all the business they can get. Well done. From Ken Fuller
