  I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products!   I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. and then made the purchase of the KEY. It worked perfectly. Do I need to get new pads? Install a waste bottle? or do nothing for 4 more years?

  Usual 'Service parts inside printer' etc. message on my Epson RX640. None of the freeware solutions worked, so I was a bit dubious about this. I have to say it worked a treat!! No problems at all. It reset the waste ink counter, I cleaned the waste ink pads and so for £6.32 I've got a new printer. :-) Recommended.
