  I have just bought an Epson printer TX111, only a month I have used it, the sensor scanner in the main board has broken, please tell me how to repair it bcoz I can\'t use both the printer n the scanner.   it does not work, can not recognize ink cartridges always displayed, Epson SX400 ========== REPLY ============== The WIC reset utility can reset Waste Ink Counters only. Not Ink cartrigs levels in SX400. You can use auto reset chps to reset the ink levels.
